We have strong working relationships with architects and interior designers who we can partner together with to make your vision come to life. Once we are retained, we will collaborate closely with your architect to create a custom home that fits your lifestyle and meets your proposed budget.
Once architectural and structural plans are in development, we work together with our trade partners to competitively bid your project. During the bid process we advise on areas where you can potentially save or add value based on our expertise. Material specifications are determined during this period and worked into the budget.
We handle all aspects of construction from start to end. The Project Manager assigned to your project will be your direct contact and on site daily. The Project Manager is the key contact for all sub-contractors, vendors, consultants and city inspectors. At the start of your project you will be assigned a construction schedule that will be reviewed and adjusted at weekly scheduled meetings. Our office provides monthly invoicing, manages lein releases, insurance certificates and confirms licensing of contractors.
At completion of the project we schedule a walk-through with the client to go over any final construction details that need to be complete as well as all house functions. We provide a one-year warranty on all construction and ten-year warranty on structural. Plus the option of our home care program that allows us to manage all home maintenance.
